ATTENTION CLIENTS:

The safety and health of our staff, customers, family, friends and community continues to be our number one priority. We continue to thank you all for your support and patience as we continue to grow, learn and navigate through these uncertain times. 

Please note: All WINKS + WHIMS technicians are fully vaccinated.
 

Client Health Screening:
A member of our team will be sending all clients a confirmation text the morning of your appointment to ensure clients do not have any COVID 19 symptoms. Anyone displaying symptoms will be rescheduled and will not be allowed to enter the studio.
 

Appointments: Appointments are to be attended only by the client booked. All additional guests will not be allowed inside the studio.No family or friends are permitted during your appointment. We ask all clients to remain outside, or in your vehicle, until we notify you to enter. 
 

Personal Items: Clients are asked to limit the items they bring into the studio.
 

Sanitization and Safety Protocols: All Clients must sanitize when entering the studio. All staff and clients must wear a mask at all times while in our studio.
 

Snacks and Beverages: Clients are asked to leave all food and beverage items at home, as they cannot be consumed with a mask on.

Disinfection and Sanitization: Studio, sinks, reception desk and washroom will be thoroughly cleaned between each client interaction using Government approved products only.
